Description
Olive head with numerous fine blue spots, light yellow to olive rear, rear fins with blue margin. Smaller blue spots which are denser on face and sparse on body differ from the more evenly, larger-spotted C. argus (Peacock Rockcod)and C. cyanostigma (Bluespotted Rockcod). Shy and secretive in coral and holes in the reef. Length to 25 cm.
