Description
Elongate wrasse with pointed snout, dark front half of body, and white to pale yellow rear. Juveniles white or pale yellow with black stripe from snout through eye which terminates two thirds of the way along body. Like other cleaner wrasses, sets up station where larger fishes queue for parasite removal.
