Description
Males with two parallel lines running obliquely above and below pectoral fin base to belly, tail fin base usually with black spot and horizontal stripe below, highly variable in colour. Juveniles and females red/ brown with dark spot on tail base and juveniles with white tip on snout, similar across most Cirrhilabrus species so best distinguished by presence of large males.
