Olive-brown body, black dash on upper mid-side with an iridescent blue line on front edge, pair of blue lines from eye to pectoral fin with one continuing onto base, blue lines on snout, blue spots arranged in lines on back, blue stripes on tail base, and vertical blue lines on scale centres on mid side. Black mark on back less circular and more forward than on C. schoenleinii (Blackspot Tuskfish). Endemic to Western Australia.
