Description
Strongly ridged shell like Cabestana spengleri, but with fewer ridges and black and white markings around the aperture. Juveniles have a dense covering of long hairs in rows over the shell and a more swollen shape. The foot of the living animal is also distinctive, as it is cream with round brown spots.
