Tropical Indo-Pacific

Very similar to A. sandaracinos, but differs in distribution (only overlapping in central and western Indonesia) and by having a narrower white stripe that does not extend onto the upper lip. It is also often paler in colour. Amphiprion perideraion is also similar, but has a vertical white band on the side of the head.

Conservation and Rarity

IUCN Status: Not Evaluated
