Description

Mottled red-brown with tassels. Sits motionless on the bottom and is very well camouflaged. Dark base in pattern on the inner side of pectoral fin. I. caledonicus has a dark band through the middle section of the pectoral fin underside, while that of I. sinensis is dark with pale blotches. Venomous spines on back.
