Temperate Australasia


Description

Transparent shrimp when alive, with oblique red lines on the carapace and flecks of red over the abdomen. The second pair of legs are long and have an obvious red collar on the claws. This species can be found sheltering in large numbers in cracks between rocks on coastal reefs.
