Description

Grey-brown upper body, white underside, black bars on back, continuing as brown bars on sides, large, round white-edged black spot at pectoral fin base and white stripes through eye. Similar E. tigris (Tiger Combtooth Blenny) lacks pectoral spot and is only found in the Coral Sea. Endemic to north-western Australia.
