Tropical Indo-Pacific


Description

Distinctly fatter body than head, and large white spots on breast. Body with a series of dark bands often containing white spots, and fine iridescent blue spots on upper rear body. Crossosalarias macrospilus (Triplespot Blenny) has black blotch at front base of dorsal fin, and S. ceramensis (Ceram Blenny) has a row of large black spots along midside behind eye.
