Temperate Africa, Temperate Australasia, Tropical Indo-Pacific


Description

Blue body with dense covering of gold spots, which join to form wavy lines on face. Lacks dark upper edge on operculum of P. picus (Dotted Sweetlips) which also has darker, rusty coloured spots. Juveniles with broad gold lines along body and translucent yellow fins.
