Tropical Indo-Pacific


Description

Variable colour and markings, but all with red eye and oblique dark lines underneath (but difficult to see in dark individuals), dark scales aligned in thin longitudinal lines extending from behind the head, fins with blue trim, and pale narrow bars often present on side. One of the largest Dottybacks. Length to 24 cm.
