Description
Black and white banded body with long trailing white dorsal fin. Pectoral, tail and rear part of dorsal fins yellow. Difficult to distinguish from H. diphreutes (Schooling Bannerfish). Has slightly longer snout and longer anal fin, with black rear margin extending close to the lower corner of the tail. Juveniles sometimes act as cleaners.
