Tropical Indo-Pacific


Description

Narrow vertical bar through eye to bottom of head, profile of head steep and rounded. Markings highly variable, but tend to be less linear compared with those of G. cauerensis (Eyebar Goby). Yellow shoulder spot is not diagnostic and isn't always present. Found on sand patches near reefs.
