Distribution
Tropical Eastern Pacific, Tropical Indo-Pacific
Description
Pale body, including inside mouth. Yellow eyes and nostrils, and snout free of markings. Pattern of fragmented brown blotches forming two slightly misaligned rows along body, one on back and dorsal fin and the other lower on the body and reaching onto underside. The blotches usually surrounded by yellow and the intervening space covered in brown speckles.
