Description

Light greenish-grey body with narrow orange bands and black tail and rear of dorsal fin. Orange outer eye and bright blue margins on dorsal, anal and tail fins. Distinguished from C. vroliki (Pearlscale Angelfish) by location; also by body stripes, in small region of overlapping range. Mimicked by juveniles of Acanthurus tristis. Length to 15 cm.
