Tropical Indo-Pacific


Description

Thin red stripe running back from mouth, vertical bar with pale blue margin extending through eye, dark rounded patch on rear belly, and rows of small black spines along tail base. Like other Rhinecanthus species, difficult to closely approach as quickly retreats into holes.
