Tropical Indo-Pacific


Description

Male distinctive with red patch 2/3 distance along dorsal fin, and convex tail markings. Female pale with red tips and rear margin on tail, like P. rubrizonatus (Lilac-tipped Basslet), but with bright purple outer eye and more rounded rear margins of dorsal and anal fins.
