Distribution

Temperate Australasia, Tropical Indo-Pacific


Description

White with a broad black stripe from snout to tail, becoming jagged along bottom edge with age, continuing onto tail fin leaving top and bottom lobes white and becomes yellow on tail in adults. Develops an orange stripe from top of head along base of dorsal fin, which becomes darker with age.
