Description

A series of dark irregular bands on body, which may be broken into saddles on back and blotches on sides, a brown stripe along mid side, the first two rays of the dorsal fin protrude well beyond the membrane, which for the first two spans is white, and a white triangular marking extending behind and below eye with dark brown lines on either side.
